International Human Right Movement

The International Human Rights Movement speaks out against atrocities around the world.  Whether the oppression is on the collective party, group and community or on the individual, the organization will raise its voice for the protection of Human rights.  The International Human Rights Movement is a charitable human rights group, regardless of colour and race, creed, religion or sect, Organization’s purpose is to lobby and speak out on behalf of the oppressed.  Our organization is a non-funding organization that does not receive or provide any funds from any government, party, individual or any of its members.

World President:

                 The job of the president of the organization is to oversee the affairs of his organization all over the world and to assign responsibilities to new members coming from different countries.  Decisions taken on principled and organizational matters will be fully recognized and if the President seeks consultation on any matter, only those matters and matters will be brought under discussion.

World Chairman / Chairperson:

                          Globally, the post of President is followed by the post of Chairperson.  Their responsibilities include overseeing the organization’s affairs globally and assigning tasks to relevant teams in light of key issues in different countries.  Decisions made at the global and national level on organizational matters will be non-negotiable, and matters on which consultation will be sought will be brought under discussion.

Ambassador at Large:

                 This post is for people who are experts and experienced in their field.  The ambassadors of the respective fields will represent the organization globally and offer their services for the welfare of the organization and the general public with their knowledge and experience.

Coordinator:

        The Coordinator will coordinate between the ambassadors globally and convey the orders of the President of the Organization to the Ambassadors of all the  countries. Coordinator will be in touch with the World President and the World Chairman. The Coordinator shall be an Executive Member with being part of the Central Committee.

Advisor:

           Principles and experts in organizational matters and extensive knowledge will be added to the advisory team to take advantage of their astute advice and guidance in matters.  The advisor will keep an eye on all matters and if a country team needs guidance, they will liaise with the people concerned for guidance.  The advisor will be an executive member with being part of the Central Committee.

Special Ambassador:

             This honorary position will be given to a member as Special Ambassador to restore human life after a sudden disaster and accident or ceasefire in any country till the completion of the relevant work.

  Ambassador:

       There will be people who are already working with different organizations.  There will be a person with a strong character who will have an identity in the society regarding social work. He will have the right to be a part of meetings at the international level.  He will be responsible for all the factors of registering the organization in his country and will form a working committee in his country and elect the chairman.

Chairman:

    The Central Chairman shall be a person who is sincere and of good character with his organization. The work of the central chairman is to pay attention to the process of membership and to ask reports from the provincial chairmen under him and if complaints are being received from any chairman or provincial officials from any province, then to make a complete inquiry from the central chairman complaint cell. The Central Chairman Grievance Cell will share the constitutionally complete inquiry report of any case with the Central Chairman and the Central Chairman will take the final decision on the punishment or punishment of the case.

The 4 central presidents working in the organization will be under him.

 1. President of Human Rights

 2. President Legal Wing

 3. President Women’s Wing

 4. Youth President

These four presidents will be subordinate to the central chairman.  All Central, Provincial and Regional Presidents are authorized to make all decisions in their area and the Chairman has no power to challenge or revoke any decision unless it is against the law and the principles of the institution.

Country Director:

         The country’s director has the power to consult with them on matters of the Central Committee.  It will also be in its jurisdiction to make changes to the principles of the organization and the constitution after consultation.

Central Committee:

           The country’s Central Committee will include the President of the Human Rights Movement, the President of the Legal Wing, the President of the Women’s Wing, the President of the Youth, as well as the Presidents and General Secretaries of all the provinces.

 The ambassador and the chairman cannot challenge the decision of any central, provincial or regional president, only offer their advice.  

If there is an objection to a decision or action, it will be discussed in the Central Committee and the matter will be decided by referendum and arguments.  

If someone has to be suspended or unsubscribed, the decision can be made by the president of the area concerned.  The Central Committee will decide whether the Central President or the Chairman has the authority to direct anyone directly.

Duties and Powers of Provincial Officials

1. Provincial President: 

The provincial president is identified in the organization’s own province. The president’s job is to oversee his subordinates and give them tasks and oversight to achieve the goals of his organization.  Ensuring that the organization is achieving its goals while abiding by the law.  Full scrutiny of officials at the provincial level is also part of their duties.  If an official is harming the reputation of the organization, the president has the power to suspend it immediately and take action against it.  Contact the relevant divisional and district presidents for any information. No national level official can challenge any decision of the provincial president. He can only give his advice. The provincial president has full authority over all decisions and orders in his province and all other provincial officials are subordinate to the president.

2. Divisonal President:

           The president of any division should monitor all the activities taking place in his division and get the notification after complete scrutiny of the officials of the team to be formed.  The President’s orders shall be final in all matters relating to the division. The provincial president and other officials may consult on these orders, but the decision-making power shall rest with the division president.

3. District President:

                The district president will be in charge of his entire district.  Will be responsible and accountable for all work done at the district level.  At the provincial or national level, if any official needs any information or intends to give instructions, he will contact the district president.  All organizational powers in their district shall be vested in the District President without any interference and no official in any district shall be appointed without the consultation and trust of the District President.

4. Tehsil Sadr:

 The Tehsil President will be in charge of his Tehsil who will take direct orders from his District President and will be bound to work in his Tehsil in consultation with him.

1. All provincial and regional leadership will also be elected for 3 years, this period can be extended based on performance.

2. If a member of the Central Leadership has to be removed from office, 70% of the votes must be cast against him in the Central Committee.

3. The Central Authority does not have the power to expel any member as an individual.

4. No member will be direct at the central level.  A pre-existing member of the organization will be included in the central leadership.

 5. If a member does not abide by the rules and regulations, he / she will be given 2 show cause notices in person and the third show cause notice will be made public.

6. Any member will be expelled from the organization after giving show cause notice 3 times.

7. All Country Directors will be part of the Central Committee and will also have the power to change the constitution of the organization unanimously.

8. Central members have no authority to give orders to their juniors to give them protocol and post their pictures on posters. 

9. Country Director, Ambassador and chairman will be part of central committee of their country.
